#2171 - 4¢ Father Flanagan
Born in 1886 near Ballymoe, Ireland, Father Flanagan emigrated to the United States in 1904. In 1921 Flanagan founded Boys Town, a village and boys' orphanage, outside of Omaha, Nebraska.
