Brooklyn Bridge Error - Unfinished Bridge Flaw Plate Block

When the engraving plate was created from the master die the design did not transfer completely for one unique position on this sheet. As a result the deck of the Brooklyn Bridge is noticeably shorter only on the stamp in the top right of this plate block. The other 3 stamps in this block are normal.
