Germany #B102 Hitler's Birthday - 1937 Mint Perforated Sheet

Adolf Hitler was as vain as he was ruthless. In 1937 he ordered the German Post to issue stamps honoring his birthday, having the audacity to add a surcharge to the sheets for the “Hitler Culture Fund” which actually helped pay for his art collection. In addition, he earned a royalty from every stamp bearing his image! This perforated sheet has four stamps. (Germany B102 sheet)
